ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

MERCURISHOP.COM will accept the return of your online purchase if it is sent back in its original condition and packaging within 30 days, with the original receipt. You may return your online order in-store, otherwise the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including the cost of sending the items back for return/exchange. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Please send returns in the original shipping container with your receipt to: Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
