SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

MERCURISHOP.COM processes orders within 1-2 business days and ships from Montreal, Canada using Canada Post.Shipping time within Canada is estimated at 2-7 business days and 3-9 business days for shipping to the United States (see exceptions listed below, under International shipping section). Please ensure that all shipping information that you provide on your order is accurate, as we are not responsible for any errors resulting from wrong information provided to us by the customer. Please note that we do not ship to Post Office boxes. In-store pick up is also available; we will contact you once your package is ready to be pick-up in store. Please note that your invoice and a piece of identification will be required at time of pick-up.

Currently, we ship to Canada and to the United States (excluding the non contiguous States of Alaska and Hawaii as well as the US Territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa).

MERCURISHOP.COM will not be held responsible for delays due to out-of-stock items, or for any delivery issues experienced by

Canada Post, Fedex or any other third party services used.

CUSTOMS:

Prices do not include duties, customs and taxes charged by Canada Post or other delivery services. For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

*These fees do not apply to oversized products such as furniture; however it is possible to arrange a delivery for these items.

SALES TAX:

Applicable sales taxes will be applied upon checkout. Please note the total current tax rates listed below:

Quebec: 5% GST and 9.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 14.975%

British Columbia: 12% HST

Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador: 13% HST

Nova Scotia: 15% HST

Any other Canadian Provinces or Territories: 5% GST
